Shipping within Canada:

Maple Craft takes 24-48 working hours for processing your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the processing time may be delayed by 1-2 days at maximum. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We may contact you if there is something you should be aware about before we send your shipment. Maple Craft has been serving its customers from past 16 years which means we have been shipping to Cities, Rural and even Remote areas, making sure your package is delivered on time and in safe hands.


Every time an order is received, we look for the best and the cheapest carrier for your order to be delivered. The usual time for any ground shipping is 3-8 business days, however there can be delays at the carriers end due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, in cases like those we request your patience and be rest assured we are making every possible move to get your shipment delivered.


Some of the top carriers we work with include UPS, Purolator, Canpar, and FedEx. We also make sure to ask if our clients need a specific carrier according to where they reside and ship through those best available options.


You may receive your tracking number within 24 hours from the time of your order being shipped.

Please Note: No Orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Outside Canada:

As you know Maple Craft is widespread across the world which means delivering your packages outside of Canada or to different countries in the World. All we expect from our family members outside of Canada is to take care of the custom clearance process, stamp duties and taxes applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If by any means your country customs don’t give a green flag for the package received, Maple Craft Inc. won’t be liable for the loss.


Expedite Shipping/ Overnight Shipping:

Maple Craft understands how important it can be for our clients to have the order/products when there is time crunch. Keeping that in mind we do provide expedite and overnight shipping. The order and the payment should be received on or before 12:00PM MST and we can get the same expedited for you.


Please note Delivery delays may occur at carriers end due to unforeseen circumstances for which Maple Craft won’t be Liable.

Kindly keep in mind that free shipping minimum orders do not include GST, blankets, hoodies, orange chronic, store supplies, and butane. We also do not consider deals, promotions, and sales items in our free shipping minimum order policy.


Returns and Restocking

As you know the nature of our business does involve alot of items made of Glass and other materials which are easily breakable if not handled with care. The Items being fragile, there could be circumstances that the product is received broken or damaged that being said, Maple Craft takes care of the whole process for you. Within 72 hours upon receipt of product which is missing, damaged or broken we may request you to raise a claim under "RAISE A CLAIM" section on our website and our claims team shall provide you with the best possible solution with 3-5 business days.

Any Disposable Vapes/Product which are not working or have manufacturing defects can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We would require the physical device/Product to be sent back to Maple Craft and on receipt of the device/Product either a credit or the new device/product shall be sent to you. Please Note : We would not be able to issue a new device/product or credit if you do not have the damaged devices in your possession. 

Any items that the client wish not to keep/don't like product and would like to return would be liable for 10% restocking fee. Customer have to ship item back to us on their expense. NO items are acceptable for return after 30 DAYS of purchase.
